Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the property buildings and grounds. You will handle daily repairs, occupancy preparation, and maintenance of supplies while upholding safety and appearance standards.

Responsibilities include on-call duties, snow removal, and rapid response to service requests. Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge with handyman experience for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and report issues.
• Maintain professional uniform and safety standards.
• Respond to on-call service requests and evictions scenarios.
