Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional service to our residents in Frisco, TX. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, performing skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, while keeping common areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and cleaning windows.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Support a preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment and structures within area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
