Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our residents. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance and ensure turnover work is completed within 3–5 business days.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on-call hours.
• Clear communication with residents and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days using the turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas and monitor exterior building conditions.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
