Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team. You’ll troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, install appliances, and help maintain curb appeal across our apartment community.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, HS diploma, HVAC know-how, EPA Type I/II preferred, and the ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role MAY require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical); install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior of the property for clean, attractive curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
