Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to perform general repairs and provide excellent customer service at our model home centers across the United States.

You will carry out property maintenance, respond to service calls promptly, and handle tasks such as HVAC care, exterior/roof repairs, and facilitating a positive home buying experience with quality workmanship and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Many handyman skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Endurance for strenuous tasks.
• Climb ladders safely and work in all environments.
• Strong customer relations and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to keep properties in good condition.
• Complete service requests promptly and thoroughly.
• Provide preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
