You’ll participate in preventive maintenance and uphold safety standards.

• Make-ready and apartment maintenance experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
