Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Los Angeles team. You will perform daily repairs and upkeep across a 64-unit residential community, ensuring safe, well-maintained living spaces for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance or general repair experience, EPA 608 certification, and proficiency with Yardi software. A high school diploma or GED is required, with industry courses preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance or general repair experience in a residential community.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.
• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws including Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner.
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in property preventative maintenance plan.
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
