Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred, valid licensing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and applicable regulations.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
