Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Bryson Legacy community in Los Angeles, CA. The role covers daily repair, unit turnover, service requests, and preventative maintenance within a residential setting.

Responsibilities include OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance, tool & equipment care, on-call duties, and collaboration to keep curb appeal. EPA license and Yardi experience are strongly preferred, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance and general repair experience in a residential community.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license preferred.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.

Position: full-time Maintenance Technician

Location: Bryson Legacy, Our 64 unit residential community Located in Los Angeles, CA

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Qualifications

• EPA I & II or EPA Universal
• Experience with Yardi property management software products

Requirements

• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
  • Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
  • Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Skills & Certifications:
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
  • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
