Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces. You will prepare vacant units for new move-ins, carry out preventive maintenance, and assist in maintaining grounds and building exteriors.

The role requires good communication with residents and the ability to operate power tools such as drills, saws, pressure washers, and lawn equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Must have good communication skills with the general public.
• HVAC Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces.
• Prepares vacant units for new move-ins.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance and assists in grounds maintenance.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing and electrical systems and wood parts.
• Cleans interiors, paints walls, and repairs hardware as needed.
• Receives and processes work orders from supervisor and coordinates with other departments.
