Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces. You will prep vacant units for new move-ins and assist in preventive maintenance, cleaning, and grounds monitoring.

Duties include using power tools and operating equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
