Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity areas.
• Prepares vacant units for new move-ins.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance and assists in cleaning and grounds.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing and electrical systems; replaces worn parts.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading supplies.
• Attendance and punctuality; adheres to schedule changes.
