Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces, and prepare units for move-ins. You will assist with preventive maintenance and basic repairs, including painting, cleaning, and grounds upkeep.

Flexibility is needed to handle scheduled maintenance and occasional overtime. Must have good communication with residents and staff, and operate standard maintenance tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Good communication skills with residents and staff.
• Experience operating common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins and maintain property appearance.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and routine cleaning tasks.
• Assist with landscaping, painting, carpet cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to service requests and follow supervisor instructions.
