Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenities, and prepare vacant units for new move-ins.

You will assist with preventive maintenance, cleaning, grounds work, and repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and building components, using power tools as needed.

Strong communication with residents and team members is essential; HVAC certification is preferred though not required, and punctuality is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Must have good communication skills with the general public.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments and common/amenity areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins and maintain property appearance.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and ordering supplies.
• Repair plumbing and electrical systems and building components.
• Operate tools and equipment as required.
