Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for apartments, common areas, and amenities. You will prepare vacant units, perform routine maintenance, and support grounds and cleaning tasks as needed.

You will assist in preventive maintenance, operate common maintenance tools, and help ensure property appearance and safety. This role may require occasional overtime and weekend work depending on schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to operate standard maintenance tools and perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins and inspect for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in painting, cleaning, carpet care, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per schedule and assist in ordering supplies.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components.
