CWS Apartment Homes in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance community integrity and deliver excellent resident service. You will perform make-readies, respond to requests, and help maintain common areas, always prioritizing safety and quality.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, a valid driver's license, and your own tools. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment across properties with emergency readiness and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications (required).
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required).
• Own basic set of hand tools (required).
• Able to read service requests and schedules; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
