Job summary

Epic Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of properties and provide a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You will diagnose and perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize work orders and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance or property management.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Experience with maintenance software (Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs to high standards.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and team members.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Execute make-ready processes for new residents with efficient punch lists.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize work orders.
• Assist with vendor coordination and on-site oversight.
• Document service records and ensure safety compliance.
