What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our residential properties and ensuring residents are safe and satisfied. In this role, you’ll:

• Perform day‑to‑day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks
• Coordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects
• Maintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software
• Respond to after‑hours emergency calls as part of an on‑call rotation

What You Bring

• Experience in general maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Self‑starter with reliability and strong time‑management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions
