Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing safety procedures, and supporting budget-minded maintenance. A strong customer service mindset and relevant EPA certifications are preferred; travel is minimal with rotating on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from residents and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and ensures quality.
