Yarco Property Management is seeking a maintenance worker to support the upkeep of residential properties in Hutchinson, KS. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily property upkeep across interior and exterior spaces.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience in residential settings, with preferred HVAC and pool certifications.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification if appropriate.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance of residential apartment homes, public space, outside grounds and equipment.
• Assist with and perform preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Daily exterior and interior inspections to assure property is well-maintained.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition, may include painting.
• Perform pool maintenance if applicable and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
