Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a maintenance technician to support the maintenance supervisor and community manager across our residential properties. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-readies for vacant units to ensure market readiness, while upholding safety standards.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of residential property maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Pool and HVAC/boiler certifications preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the property.
• Maintain residential units, common areas, grounds, and equipment.
• Assist with make-ready of units to market-ready condition; some painting may be required.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies as requested by the Community Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
