Job summary

United Church Homes is seeking a Maintenance professional for St. Michael's Community in Delaware, OH. The role maintains all areas of the property, completes work orders, and troubleshoots appliances to keep residents comfortable and safe.

You will collaborate with the Housing Manager and office staff, perform seasonal upkeep, inspect systems, and respond to on-call emergencies. A High School diploma or GED and 1+ year maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required if travel between locations.
• Maintenance certifications are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and surroundings in a professional manner.
• Complete work orders as requested by residents through Housing Manager.
• Troubleshoot appliances throughout the property and resident units.
• Coordinate with office staff to prepare units for new residents.
• On-call 24/7 for emergencies.
