Job summary

United Church Homes is seeking a Maintenance professional to uphold the upkeep of the St. Michael's Community and its surroundings. You will address work orders, troubleshoot appliances in resident units, and coordinate with the Housing Manager to ready units for new residents.

Responsibilities include on-call emergency support and maintaining overall property cleanliness and safety in a residential setting. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• One or more years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required if travel between locations is needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all areas of the property and surroundings in good working order.
• Completes work orders from Housing Manager.
• Troubleshoots appliances throughout the property and resident units.
• Coordinates with office staff to prepare units for new residents.
