Job summary

RKW Residential is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician for Morea locations. The role covers diagnosing and repairing issues across apartments and common areas, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

HVAC Certification is required; pool experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to read and follow safety procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal with superior resident service.
Diagnose and fix maintenance issues in apartments, exterior and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools).
Complete service requests within 24 hours.
Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergency calls as needed.
Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following standards.
Maintain grounds and inspect/mechanically manage building systems on a routine basis.
