Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• HVAC certification is required; pool certification not required but a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to ensure good order and curb appeal while delivering quality resident service.
• Diagnose and fix maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and maintain grounds for curb appeal.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, monitor controls, and address safety requirements.
• Maintain equipment, assist with records of scheduled maintenance, and perform additional duties as assigned.
