Responsibilities

• Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while providing superior resident service
• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues across apartments, exterior and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools)
• Complete service requests within 24 hours
• Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly per Arqline standards
• Perform daily property grounds maintenance for curb appeal
• Inspect and monitor building systems and equipment; adjust controls as needed
• Maintain equipment in good condition and adhere to safety standards
