ARBORS MANAGEMENT, INC. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for two residential communities in Delmont, PA. The role involves hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordinating unit turnover with a tech-enabled workflow.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in maintenance, holds a valid driver’s license, and can lift up to 50 lbs. On-call duty and full-time hours are required, with company-provided benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven intermediate experience in residential or commercial building maintenance trades.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and laptops to navigate property management software for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC.
• Unit turnover: prepare vacant apartments for new residents (painting, drywall repair, fixture updates, and checks).
• Tech-enabled workflows: use smartphone and laptop to update and close out maintenance work orders.
• On-call emergency response: rotating schedule for off-hours, weekends and holidays.
• Grounds & safety: keep properties clean, safe, and curb-appealing; seasonal upkeep (landscaping in summer, snow clearing).

Maintenance Technician 2 (Multi-Family Housing)

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) + Rotating On-Call Coverage

About the Role

Arbors Management is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to handle hands-on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across 2 residential communities located in Delmont, PA.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician

• General Maintenance: Perform intermediate repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC/appliance service.
• Unit Turnover: Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (painting, drywall repair, fixture updates, and mechanical checks).
• Tech-Enabled Workflows: Utilize a smartphone and laptop daily to manage, update, and close out maintenance work orders digitally.
• On-Call Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating schedule with team members to provide coverage for off-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies.
• Grounds & Safety: Keep properties clean, safe, and curb-appealing; perform basic seasonal upkeep (landscaping in the summer, snow clearing/salting in the winter).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven intermediate experience in residential or commercial building maintenance trades.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and laptops to navigate property management software for daily tasks.
• Licensing & Screening: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required. Must pass standard background checks and drug screenings.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in varying physical positions throughout the day.
