Arbors Management Inc. in Delmont, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance across two residential communities. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in the trades and involves working with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC tasks.

You’ll use a smartphone and laptop daily to manage work orders. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call coverage for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying positions throughout the day.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC/appliance service.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC/appliance service.
• Unit turnover: painting, drywall repair, fixture updates, and mechanical checks.
• Tech-enabled workflows: manage and close out maintenance work orders digitally using smartphone and laptop.
• On-call emergency response: rotating schedule for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Grounds & safety: keep properties clean, safe, and curb-appealing; basic seasonal upkeep.
