The role operates on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating on-call duties to cover off-hours. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of maintenance experience, be tech-savvy with mobile devices and property management software, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Tech-savvy with smartphones, apps, and laptops for daily tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation; background checks required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying physical positions.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC/appliance service.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (paint, drywall, fixtures, checks).
• Use mobile devices to manage and close out work orders digitally.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours and weekends.
• Maintain grounds and safety, seasonal upkeep as needed.
