Tripoint Residential is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment communities in Lansdale, PA. You will complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep properties running smoothly in a full-time role.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and provide excellent service to residents. A valid driver's license is required, with HVAC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification a plus (not required).

Responsibilities
