We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians for upcoming opportunities in the Rockville, MD area.

Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units, appliance installation, and other required tasks within a dynamic team environment. Candidates must have their own hand tools and drill. Punctuality is essential, and the manager is looking for technicians who are skilled and available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

1. Strong experience in the following tasks:
1. Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, fixture replacement, drain unclogging (snaking when applicable)
2. Electrical - fixture and switch replacement, adherence to safety protocols, rewiring when applicable
3. Carpentry - patching holes, door/lock replacement, cabinetry hanging, light touch-up painting
4. Appliances - installation of W&D, stoves, garbage disposals, small repairs
2. Provide courteous service and realistic expectations for completed jobs.
3. Report missing or needed parts to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager as instructed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance—apartments, hotels, or private homes.
• Must have personal hand tools and drill—bring them to the site daily; do not leave at the property.
• Reliable transportation and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload.
