The Residential Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities Manager and assists in maintaining the physical and mechanical aspects of the property.

1. Fulfill customer service requests promptly.
2. Complete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns.
3. Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs.
4. Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites.
5. Maintain grounds and common areas.
6. Perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, finish work, and touch-up painting.
7. Take on-call duties as assigned.
8. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior of the property.
9. Address urgent safety issues (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc.) immediately.
10. Support the Facilities Manager to ensure property success.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, HVAC certification, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance. Candidates should have excellent diagnostic skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining a professional attitude.
