Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance or related trade experience.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and use tech devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and safety, including grounds upkeep and painting.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and flooring needs.
• Use software and mobile apps to manage and track work orders.
