Job Description
Valley Handy, the maintenance division for Capstone Realty Professionals, is seeking a highly motivated Residential Maintenance Technician, to be based out of our central Phoenix office, and to work in the field. Our team currently services the entire Phoenix metro area, and performs handyman services for both occupied and vacant residential properties. We are looking for a long-term jack-of-all-trades handyman to join the team.

As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will have experience in general maintenance, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems of a residential home. You'll be working independently, completing light to mid-sized projects on residential homes throughout the Valley.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
Valley Handy is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in Arizona.
