Job Title: Residential Maintenance Technician - Property Management

VineBrook Homes is an internally managed real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating single-family homes as rental properties. Since 2007, we have been a pioneer in the Single-Family Rental (SFR) asset class, with a portfolio of approximately 15,000 homes, aiming to expand to over 25,000.

We are seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on our properties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role offers a long-term career opportunity within a growing company in the residential services industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on single-family homes, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Document work performed using smartphones and tablets provided by the company.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency with smartphones and computers.

Additional Requirements

• Own tools (larger/specialized equipment is provided by the company).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass background checks including motor vehicle, drug, credit, and criminal history.
