Gem Plumbing & Heating in Danbury, CT is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment for customers. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities to grow within a family-oriented team.

You will perform daily maintenance, complete paperwork, keep a clean workspace, and collaborate with supervisors while adhering to safety policies. On-call and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.

As the Residential Maintenance Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maintenance service to customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications

• Possess a EPA!
• PriorResidential HVAC service experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
