Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to repair, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment. This full-time role includes benefits and requires a RI or MA Journeyman License along with prior commercial service experience and strong customer service skills.

The position demands on-call and weekend availability, excellent communication, and teamwork to ensure high-quality service for customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems in various conditions
• Provide world-class customer service to customers daily
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean work area
• Coordinate with coworkers and supervisors professionally
• Arrive on time to all jobs and be prepared to work
• Attend company meetings as required
• Adhere to safety and handbook policies

As the Commercial HVAC Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
