Gem Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to work on a range of HVAC systems for our customers in the local community.

You will install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC equipment, provide excellent customer service, and complete paperwork efficiently. A supportive team, on-call responsibilities, and ongoing training are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Holds a RI or MA Journeyman License.
• Prior Residential HVAC service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including challenging or tight spaces.
• Provide world-class customer service to customers daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors professionally.
• Be punctual to jobs and prepared to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to safety and handbook policies.

As the Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
