Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer in Massachusetts. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and replacing HVAC equipment for customers as part of a full-time position with benefits.

You will deliver world-class customer service and work with a team to ensure high-quality results. The ideal candidate has residential HVAC experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle on-call and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required; RI/MA Journeyman license bonus.
• Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage on-call/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems in various environments, sometimes in confined or high places.
• Provide world-class customer service to customers daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors while staying professional.
• Be punctual to all jobs and prepared to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.

As the Residential HVAC Installer, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary

  Qualifications

  • Possess EPA, and will get a sign on bonus for a RI or MA Journeyman License - Up to $5K Sign on Bonus!
