Job summary

Gem Plumbing & Heating in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to repair, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment for customers. This full-time role comes with benefits.

You will perform installations in challenging spaces, provide excellent service, and work with a team while adhering to safety policies. A MA Journeyman license is preferred; on-call and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including confined or high spaces.

• Arrive on time to all jobs and be ready to work.

As the Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications

• Possess a RI or MA Journeyman License - Up to $10K Sign on Bonus!
• PriorResidential HVAC service experience
