Gem Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician in Raynham, MA. This full-time position includes benefits and requires a MA/RI Journeyman license. The role focuses on repairing, maintaining, and replacing HVAC equipment for customers in our service area.

Responsibilities include installing systems, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate paperwork. On-call and weekend work may be required; a sign-on bonus of up to $10K is offered for qualified applicants.

As the Commercial HVAC Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications

• Possess a RI or MA Journeyman License - Up to $10K Sign on Bonus! For a limited time
• Prior Commercial service experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
