Job summary

Omni Management in the Portland metro area seeks a Maintenance Technician to service 200+ homes and common areas. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and appliance repairs, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will maintain records, coordinate with the Property Manager, and assist with turnovers of vacant units. A valid Oregon driver license, your own tools, and reliable transportation are required; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle and valid Oregon driver license.
• 1–5 years verifiable hands-on maintenance experience in property management or similar.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and appliance repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, receipts and inspections.
• Communicate supply needs and assist with turnovers of vacant units.
