CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across our properties in Portland. You will inspect, diagnose issues, complete repairs, and maintain records to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify issues or repairs
• Respond to tenant service requests and address maintenance problems
• Complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds
