Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical knowledge.
• Housing maintenance experience is a plus.
• On-call rotation participation.
• Team player with strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Inspect and repair building systems and grounds.
• Prepare units for occupancy and interact with residents.
• Participate in emergency repairs and on-call rotation.
• Maintain inventory and report shortages.
