Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for emergency requests.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and move heavy equipment.
• Read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete apartment turns to ready units for move-in.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Potentially train other Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Duties vary by team needs and season.
