This direct-hire position offers a salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year and opportunities to work with a collaborative team

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential property management or multifamily housing.
• Perform general repairs and renovations: drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Troubleshoot and repair fixtures, HVAC or A/C components, pumps, and related equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and resident service standards across properties.
• Hands-on repair skills with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Complete move-in, move-out, and make-ready maintenance for residential units.
• Perform general repairs and renovations, including drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Repair or replace HVAC, A/C components, light fixtures, washers, dryers, pumps and related equipment.
• Support retrofit and capital improvement projects within approved budgets and bid requirements.
• Participate in OSHA safety meetings and use required safety equipment.
• Respond to maintenance needs in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.
