Full Circle Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for our Dubuque property to perform daily maintenance, unit turnovers, and rapid response to emergencies. The role is hands-on and customer-focused, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The position emphasizes preventative maintenance, operating and inspecting building systems, and coordinating with site leadership to uphold high standards of resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time maintenance experience or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Unit Maintenance and Turns: Complete all property work orders safely and promptly; trash-out vacant units within 48 hours; ensure units are ready for occupancy; service appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures; re-key apartments and assist with move-ins/outs.
• Facility Systems and Grounds: Conduct daily walk-downs; maintain grounds and building exteriors/interiors; assist with custodial work and general grounds; support site appearance.
• Safety and Preventative Maintenance: Promote safety; report unsafe conditions; store chemicals per guidelines; follow OSHA/ADA; participate in on-call rotation.
• Administrative and Team Support: Maintain inventory; log daily records; respond to work emails; assist with interviewing; attend meetings; complete compliance training.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

EPA Section 608 Certification preferred

Trade certification or technical training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing
