Full Circle Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain the safety, appearance, and operation of our multifamily properties in Chicago. You’ll respond to service requests, complete unit turns, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time maintenance experience or related field.
• Residential multi-family maintenance knowledge.
• HVAC certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including unit turns and make-ready work
• Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance repairs
• Conducting daily inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Maintaining building interiors, exteriors, common areas, and grounds
• Responding to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation
• Following OSHA safety standards and company maintenance procedures
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Delivering outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with residents
