Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Complete all property work orders safely and timely per protocols.
• Trash-out vacant units within 48 hours to expedite leasing.
• Prepare units for occupancy and maintain make-ready status.
• Service appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Re-key apartments and assist with move-in/out inspections.
• Conduct daily building walk-downs and monitor property condition.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal; assist custodial work in common areas.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report them immediately.
• Participate in standby on-call schedule for evenings/weekends/holidays.
