• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of property maintenance or facilities experience.
• HVAC and/or CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for on-site mobility with golf carts.
• Strong repair skills in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Repair interior/exterior features and respond to resident work orders promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting and cleaning.
• Inspect property regularly and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Handle on-call maintenance, including evenings/weekends as required.
• Document work orders and inspections in property management systems.
